Prep Time 10 minutes

Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 10-12 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ii cups leftover turkey, chopped
  • two cups leftover ham, chopped
  • 4-five pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • four leftover deviled eggs (or utilize hard-boiled eggs)
  • one cup cherry tomatoes (halved if large)
  • 1 loving cup cheddar cheese, shredded

For the cranberry sauce vinaigrette

  • 1/3 loving cup leftover cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup actress-virgin olive oil
  • i tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of common salt and pepper
  • three-four tablespoons water (run across notes)

Instructions

  1. Identify the lettuce in a large bowl and adapt the remaining ingredients on top. (Or you can let everyone assemble their own salads from the individual ingredients.)
  2. For the vinaigrette, combine all ingredients in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake and add water, as needed, to get it to your desired consistency.
  3. Top the salad with the dressing and savor!

Notes

The amount of water you need for the vinaigrette will depend on the consistency and thickness of your cranberry sauce. Showtime with ane or 2 tablespoons and add together more until you take a pourable consistency.

My xv-infinitesimal easy cranberry sauce is chunky and works fine for this dressing. If your cranberry sauce is chunky and you desire to smooth it out to use for the dressing, just mix this dressing together in the blender.

Feel free to add other veggies to this salad.

Yous tin can also make croutons from leftover cornbread if yous take any!
